Refund & Return Policy
Refunds or returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during courier transit. Customers must notify Aviators Gear LLP within 12 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of courier damage. If replacement stock is available, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. If replacement stock is not available, we will issue a full refund. Products not damaged in transit are strictly nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
