All products sold by Aviators Gear LLP are genuine and authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized sellers appointed by the manufacturer. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and warranty terms are subject to manufacturer policies. Aviators Gear LLP will assist customers in warranty claims with the manufacturer or authorized service centers.

Shipping costs to the manufacturer or authorized service center for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, as per manufacturer policy. If a warranty claim is rejected by the manufacturer because the damage or issue is not covered under their policy, Aviators Gear LLP is not responsible for providing replacement or refund.
